How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Return the product as instructed

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be made within 60 days of purchase

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund including shipping charges.
